Five Bedrooms
All five of the luxuriously decorated bedrooms feature high ceilings, large windows and patios or balconies that frame captivating views of the Caribbean Sea or the Atlantic, each with a king-size bed (or XL-twins if you prefer in two), flat screen television, blue tooth connected sound, internet connection, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Each has a private bathroom.
The Columbus bedroom in the main house offers all the features of a self-sufficient flat, including an eat-in kitchenette with a stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator.
Great Room and Kitchen
The main house features the formal vaulted living room and dining room. High French doors on three sides open to the terrace. Inside and out, the views are stunning. It is a spectacular setting for relaxing conversation, listening to music on the Sonos sound system or watching the big game on the 60 inch television screen.
The open layout leads into a fantastic kitchen with quartz counter tops and Viking cooking appliances, fully equipped to professional standards.

Ridgemont House sits high atop the divide between Long Bay and the Sir Francis Drake Channel providing expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and of the Atlantic Ocean that surround Tortola. The villa’s freshly renovated 5000 square feet of interior living space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space offer total privacy on a 1.8 acre compound. An elegant infinity pool faces nearby Jost Van Dyke with stunning views of sea, sky and distant harbors. The villa is a luxury vacation rental with five private bedrooms, each with water views, ensuite bathroom and comfortable outdoor lounging areas. Long Bay Beach is just a short drive away.
Office
An air conditioned office located to one side of the main floor allows for a discreet conference call or a few hours work if you must. Internet service is available throughout the villa--just bring your own lap top or portable device.
About Ridgemont House
Additional Details
Maid service is provided every other day (or daily except Sundays on demand). The fully paved estate road winds its way up to Ridgemont House; a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for navigating the steep curves.

Head to the colorful gazebo high atop the ridge for a cocktail with friends, or some downtime with a quiet snooze in the hammock.
Pool and Deck
Outside, bask in the sun on the expansive deck alongside the pool, or lounge in the shade of the veranda’s al fresco seating and dining area while taking in the breathtaking views. The guest bathroom just off the deck has a changing room and shower.
